Sad for Nene, hope he comes back, what about Dekker taking the minutes instead of Harrell?

Much worse loss than Parker's. Much worse, and even more so as it happened to TheGoodGuys.

Montrez is a better finisher and can play defense in space with his long reach. How many times have we seen Trez block shots on the perimeter, also was playing at high level against good competition. Nanu has played against who when this season. This may be your boy, but this is the playoffs and no time to get up to speed on what we are doing.

Huge loss, but time to commit to insanely small ball.

    Nothing left to lose.

Great. Sux to lose him. Hope we can roll the Spurs, get rest and find a lethal lineup against the warriors. At least one that forces 7 games with Rox winning.

Hopefully Montrez reverts back to "late last season, early this season" and not "most of this season after he had a big scoring game". Seems the previous Montrez focused on defense and rebounding... while the more recent version has been only interested in scoring and uninterested in defense and rebounding.

Ariza was one the better defender against Aldridge during McHale time. Add that to the fact Gordon guards Kawhi relative well, I am not really panicking with this Nene loss.

Let Anderson plays Center with the second unit. Play Montrezl/Chinanu only sparing minutes.

So, it's all on Capella and Anderson.

Yeah, but our spacing will suffer with Ryan at the 5. When Ariza runs out of gas, Dekker will have to make some big shots as a backup 4. I still think that Troy Williams should get some minutes at the 3, because he is athletic, and can play some defense.

Nene's loss is the worst news of the season. We would never be in our current position without him. Get healthy big man, we need you next year.

Clint's first meaningful minutes were in the playoffs in his rookie year. Maybe Nanu can contribute like Clint did.

Isn't Harrell next in line to step up now? Next man up!

Analysts seem to think using Anderson in this capacity will hurt his offensive game.

Harrell is the only one who can do that, once he is focused.

It will. He won't be able to shoot well.
