I don't think we can beat out Minnesota for the division title which is a necessity to be in the top 3.

I'm nervous about our outside shooting. Lenard is streaky as hell, and he's our best option. Our PG shouldn't shoot outside of 18 feet either. Add Bzdelik's coaching (which I'm still not convinced of), and I think we have some problems. That said, I could see us getting home court advantage in the first round of the playoffs.

Tim Thomas may not be as good of a basketball player as K-Mart. But I don't think he's some fake thug like K-Mart. He just challenged K-Mart to a fight this past week. I'll be curious if K-Mart even responds.

In no way am I defending Kenyon, but what is to gain by responding? It just makes K-Mart look stupider. Any intelligent person would just let the story die.

Ron Artest is definitely a much looser cannon than K-Mart. He seems to have the shortest temper in the league.

Tim Thomas just challenged K-Mart to a fight and called him a wanna be thug earlier echoing the thoughts that others had. Will see if K-Mart responds. Artest is from the Queensbridge Projects, you have to be pretty tough to get out of there.

I don't think K-Mart will add any chemistry problems. I just don't think adding him addressed the need for halfcourt scoring. They obviously won't get any worse in that regard, but I'm not sure they got any better, either.

Of course, that's a moot point if Melo become a dominant scorer. He'll have to improve his jumper and handles for that, though.

I like Nene. I'd like him a lot more if he blocked some shots and grabbed rebounds. He's one of the most underrated passing big men in the league. But for a player as big and strong and athletic as he is, he's a bit soft...

Definately. I love Elson's game. He can hit the 15 footer, but mainly just goes in there, d's up and rebounds. Ultimate role player. Everyone keeps talking about dividing up Camby, Nene and Martin's minutes and having them get 30+ a game. I expect him to get around the 15 mpg he got last year.

A lot of people were stunned we let Birdman go. Elson is the reason why. He's the anti-Birdman. Consistent, smart and dependable.

I think his performance in the playoffs really cemented him as someone Buzz can rely on. It's gonna be hard to grab serious minutes, but I see him grabbing 15 a game.
