    Nene is the third best passer on the team.

    And the second or third best mid-range shooter.

    People don’t understand how underused he has been for years now.

    It helps us either way. The main problem is the cap apron NOT how much money we send out. We could actually send out LESS money if there was no apron.

    It’s $5.7 million for tax-paying teams. Rockets are not in the tax. Non-taxpayer MLE is $9.2 million.
