    Nene still layed the damn wood whenever he was healthy and playing. Many nights when Clint was struggling against larger centers, Nene would come in and be very effective.

    You guys are tripping trashing Nene, dude played hard every time he stepped on the court, and just did us a solid by opting out.

    Yeah, an under-the-table handshake deal for a non-playing role after his retirement could convince him to do something like this.

    Hate to see him go. I've talked to him before games a couple of times and he's a really down-to-earth guy.

    I won't miss reading about big dicks around here, but I'll miss Nene as a player. He seemed like a genuine nice guy, and it was always fun watching him impose his way in the paint.

    Whatever happens, thank you for everything Nene, you are an awesome and amazing player. In his prime he is basically a fusion of Harrell and Capela. And if he was in his prime wed have at least one championship.

    Nothing would make me happier than to never see Isaiah Frankenstein NEVER touch the floor again.

    If really the end of Nene in Houston, major bummer. Will miss BDN.
