    it's good for S&T

    he frees up 3.8m under a possible hard cap (which is more like ~2.2m if you factor in we'll sign another vet. min. contract)

    at least that's my understanding of it

    Good locker room guy but time to let Isaiah be that guy or go get a backup C in free agency that can play more than one game a week and for more than 10 minutes.
