Nelly killed it on ESPN First Take

I only listened, but i still don't see how Nelly owned them or anything. He hardly went in depth with anything he said and most of it was or could be countered fairly easily. They were all over the place. Maybe they were just intimidated physically, since Nelly was getting really into it,

 

cari says she never liked howard, yet she's butt-hurt that he left. love how many lakers fans take that same line.

I love their facial expressions and Nelly getting all in Cari's face. She seriously sucks and is obviously bias.
But imo, Nelly didn't really make any point. There's so much more he could of said and debated but he did raise eyebrows for sure.

Some of his statements were inaccurate but it was fun to see how much hate he has towards Kobe.

 

OH you probably don't watch first take that often? Because common sense eludes Skip and the overwhelming theory that ESPN has put out there is that D howard is a coward for leaving. No one really stands up to them and they are usually yelling at each other nonsense. Sometimes SAS makes sense but sense skip is stupid half the time no one is there to corret SAS when he is wrong.

This was great. I've never seen Cari, Stephen A and Skip shut down on so many points. Nelly did a helluva job, and more than held is own. Cari's saltiness was equivalent to the upset Laker fans worldwide! Classic episode.

Skip saying that the Magic led Dwight to the Finals, as opposed to Dwight leading the Magic to the Finals, is pathetic. I think he knew that though and that's why he said it quietly and let it just die.

 

I can't for the life of me understand why he hates D Howard sooo mch. Nelly was right he led the league in rebounds and had 17 ppg on an injury!

I think the worst of this is the "impartial moderator", Cari Champion, talking about the Lakers using "we and us" in describing them. Awful.
