I personally do all my revenge at night, when its easy to turn their breaker box off and cut their phone line, and thats when the fun begins.
The paint idea is legit, the lock is too easy and doesnt tell me whether he was doing it or not it just stops him from doing it anymore, and the electrical wiring was considered. I also considered getting a small amount of those hot wire fences and just running it to the faucet. problem is I would almsot certainly shock the piss out of myself first. I have also considered taking his gate off of MY fence until he pays me for it and it is OUR fence.
I suspect I have a neighbor who takes MY newspaper if I don't pick it up off my driveway by 9:00am, I have yet to figure out who does it.. I plan on switching the paper for a bag full of dog **** that has a note asking them to please stop taking my paper, but feel free to take back the dog **** if it's one taking a dump on my lawn..
