    Screw LOF, HOF, Dwight threads, JSmoove threads, Parson+Lin culture exploration threads.

    Where are those OOFs out there? This guy anchors our D down low and gobbles rebounds (not a Turkey joke). He has the second highest RAPM +- on the team behind Harden.

    Oof is much better sounding. Don't throw him under the rug just cause he doesn't create hype

    Seriously. He was the only consistent rebounder today. We would not have won that at all if he didnt decide to pull down 22 rebounds today

    IMO, Asik is the most important player for the Rockets this season. Our paint would be full of holes if not for the Turkish Hammer anchoring the defense.
    His 22 boards today was huge. Just need an extra season working with McHale on those post moves and the Rockets will have one of the best centers in the league for years to come.

    Asik is the player who's simply irreplaceable on our roster.

    Take away Harden and we could still get points from different guys on our roster. But no one, simply no one, can approximate what Asik gives us every night.

    Tonight, watch Asik be the toughest guy on the court starting the 3rd qtr. He set the tone and helped us get our heads back in the game to get the win.

    Yes, I love what Asik gives us (and I'll even take a few misses at the rim).

    Omer Asik is a beast! ...one of the reasons why i perfer kevin love, or josh smith over dwight howard because of beastly Asik, this dude clogs the lanes and grabs rebounds

    He's consistent and he doesn't get injured. One of the most functional and steady guys we've had on this team in a long time.

    If he keeps working on his low post skills and gets that lil jump shot down we wont need Howard but thats a big IF !
