    About the bugs, Termites is a good option. the pictures are to blurry to be sure.

    Those are termites, 100% positive. They swarm in the spring/early summer, had that happen in an old apt. of mine.

    So I was right? I thought I was wrong for sure after R2K posted pics of termites. Those things look nothing like the pics he posted.
