    That'd be your problem. I just stopped using my free quattro because of the fact I never bought refills and it hurts like a b**** when I shave with it. I feel it getting caught on each individual hair on my face. It hurts like hell. Finally bought myself some disposable triple blade razors from Kroger.

    I shaved with my Quattro this morning and got a closer shave than I did with my Mach3 Power.
