He clearly redirects his foot in order to achieve crotch kick. He should be suspended a game. Not for that one incident but because he is chronically a dirty player.
bingo.. Sometimes players have to take action into their own hands instead of waiting for the NFL to do something about it. It sounds awful, but I would be totally OK with surprise chop blocks to tear his ACL or MCL, or both.
have a better capture of the groin violation.. <iframe width="560" height="315" src="http://www.youtube.com/embed/bcjPd2Bt3wo" frameborder="0" allowfullscreen></iframe> also.. don't forget about this one.. dirty mf. <iframe width="560" height="315" src="http://www.youtube.com/embed/UXkqv9pJ6s8" frameborder="0" allowfullscreen></iframe>
Also remember anther play where he was pushing Schaub back and well after he threw the ball, Suh kept pushing him back then shoved him so that he would fall to the ground. Definitely excessive.
Reports: Lions' Ndamukong Suh faces suspension for kicking Matt Schaub [rquoter]NFL executive vice president of football operations Ray Anderson told ESPN that the league will review Suh’s kick to the groin area of quarterback Matt Schaub in Thursday’s 34-31 overtime loss to the Houston Texans and that “everything is on the table” when it comes to potential punishment. “It didn’t look good,” Anderson told ESPN. “It didn’t seem to be a natural football move,” Anderson said. “We’re going to withhold judgment until we see all of the angles. We’ll look at that on Monday as part of the process. It just appeared to be out of the ordinary, and so we’re going to take a close look at it.” [/rquoter] Ndamukong Suh's kick to Matt Schaub's groin will be reviewed Monday [rquoter]One league source estimated Suh could be suspended for one game. The source said that the NFL likely won't give Suh the benefit of the doubt considering his past incidents. But it should be made clear: the league has made no official decision and won't start officially reviewing the incident until next week.[/rquoter]
I don't see how anyone looks at it and says it was an accident. It was clearly intentional. Given that he was suspended for 2 games for essentially the same thing last season, how could they give one out that is less? Should be 4 games this time. They also need to look at #66 on the Lions OL. That dude was constantly going after JJ Watt after the play. Throwing him down, punches and elbows to the head. I'm pretty amazed at JJ for not reacting considering how much it happened.
It's intentional, without a doubt. Anyone else find it funny that (some of) the same people who didn't care about Suh being a prick last year are now calling for his head when he did it to a Texan?
