I will consider this game payback for Iowa's "Miracle" win over LSU in the Cap One a year ago. I will think of it no longer, I have to take my "Earl" karma to Austin for my brother's UT visit. Now UNI MUST beat G-Town. And, mc mark? You were calling it all along, props to you.
Actually I had Iowa going to the Sweet 16. But my school lost to Northwestern in the Southland Conference tourney finals. So i was just excited for a Southland school. It just makes the confernece stronger in the eyes of the selection committee and help with seeding in the future!
being a fellow SLC team (Texas State) i was glad to see NW St. win even if it messes up my bracket some. it helps the conference tremendously. i just wish that i went with my instinct and actually picked that upset. the demons can play.
