[NCAA Football] Tech vs. OU

    Who would've thunk that Fatty's team would be the deal-breaker at any point in time?

    I've dealt with all of the jaded barbs towards Tech, etc. through the years, but now the whiney hippies at UT are still thinking about how they can surpass us.

    One look at Ricky Williams would tell you how you would've remained a strong program, but I digress.

    This week, thank GOD, Ut will be on the outside looking in. I know you want Tech to lose. And that is why you fail. Anyone with a brain knows that a 1 loss team, if it is between the three of us goes to OU. (sorry, they have strength of schedule combined with losing the earliest) Ut will lose that battle.

    However. If Tech goes to the Big XII Championship & loses to Missouri? NOW there should be huge talk on who is deserving.

    Ut fans are going for the wrong pony this week, unless they like OU over Tech, because Ut is done.

    Sorry, kids.

    Oh I defintely agree but from everything I hear and see its Harrells to lose.

    We will have to name a street after crabtree or something like that.

    I think OU wins that battle, but they don't have strength of schedule over UT. It's better to have the chance to win a tiebreaker than no chance at all.

    Except the same thing would be the case if OU won and then lost to Missouri. In either case, Texas would be in the BCS title game. So there's no reason to root for Tech, because the same scenario could happen with OU.

    although in saying that i think that OU has considerably less chance losing to the cats then tech does. :(

    Ricky Williams was just another UT football player. He is also better then 99.7% of any player that ever went to Tech.
