Oh my. That roughing the kicker call turns out to be major. And LSU running it in and breaking 3 tackles shows where OSU's head is now.
WTF? This has nothing to do with Texas. They are exactly where they belong- between top 10 and top 15. Ohio State is a good team, maybe a very good team, bur right now they look like they don't belong on the field. Blame whatever you want, but I sure as hell want to point to the fact that a very weak big 10 this year didn't help. Now, there non-conference schedule next year (including USC) will help, but it doesn't seem like it's going to do them much good today. That blocked field goal was killer. I think it sent them into panic mode, and brought back memories of last year. If this game turns into a blowout, I think you can look back to that point.
Ha ha ha.....I will say this- we've never agreed so much on something ever! And this is coming from a pretty big Michigan fan. Wow, all the conference superiority pissing matches are only going to get worse after this! And if this game gets REALLY ugly? Maybe that will help the push for a plus one or final four. Lots will say that Ohio State didn't belong, even though they were the one-loss team....
Hey Buckeyes, I'm not rooting you for the win. But can you at least make it respectable? Is poise and heart not in the Tressle ball?
Too bad West Virginia isn't playing LSU in this game. It is an utter shame that a team who scheduled in-state patsies Akron, Youngstown State and Kent State as home games on their non-conference schedule made it into the BCS final.
Kudos to OSU for going for it there and actually scoring. I'm trying to find some reason to keep watching this.
The conference determine the conference schedule, but not the non-conference schedule. It is true that it is often created years in advance, with the exception of a lot of the game #12's that were created in the past few years. Is that what you were asking?
Just like the beginning of this game...what a tease. Nortre Dame would fit in perfectly w/ the Big Ten.
