Hester/Flynn destroyed a Miami team in 2005 that had been allowing less that 14ppg. Thats my reasoning for going high. Whats the Vegas stats on this thing?
On vegasinsider.com, it's anywhere from 3½ to 4½. The O/U is between 47 and 48. Because it's essentially a home game for LSU, it's hard to pick against them. LSU 24 OSU 17
35-17 Geaux Tigers btw, I talked to my cousin down there this morning and he said there are so many freaking Ohio St fans everywhere. Not sure how many get in the game but the quarter was like 60-40 Ohio St last night. On a side note, there will be LOTS of fights tonight.
Ohio State 38 LSU 31 Somewhere in there - Les Miles will make a decision that for the first time this year will bounce back in his face (on national TV no less) and cause a loss - instead of continuing this damn streak of luck with his questionable calls that has occurred all season long.
So, If Ohio State wins in overtime, will Les Miles still claim that LSU is undefeated? Im an SEC guy, but Im gonna pull for the Buckeyes. Just because after Florida destroyed them last year, no one expects them to have a shot this year. But I think LSU wins by 10.
I actually don't care to see or watch as I don't think LSU should be here...However, I think they'll win...sad huh...
Hasn't the underdog been the majority winner in recent years? Even then, I still can't see OSU breaking the trend. I've got to stick w/ the SEC (any team except Georgia, that is); LSU wins by 10.
I predict a lot of offense. Not because I believe it, but because I'm tied for the lead in my bowl pick 'em pool, both of us picked LSU, and the tiebreaker is combined yards.
