Josh was hands down the best last night. I liked his material. He tied things in about the CP but didn't overkill it.

I'm kinda glad that Jay Mohr isn't hosting the show anymore. He got somewhat annoying. Does anyone know why Comedy Central doesn't have a partnership with the show anymore?

I think Comedy Central only wants to partner with shows that are actually funny. ;)

I'm not sure, btw Jay Mohr created the show and hosted it, but now he is just listed as a “consultant” sounds like the same term the use for basketball coaches when they are fired, but kept in house... Kinda seems like he and NBC aren’t seeing eye to eye.. Either way I’m glad he isn’t hosting the show still.. I could never stand him or his standup and when he did bits on SNL I thought it was brutal to say the least..

I heard on XM Comedy from Kathleen Madigan that Jay Mohr spilled the beans on the winner last year prior to the finale. NBC was super pissed off about that and now he is no longer on the show.

Good god, they left off some good people when they picked their first 5 to go to the house. I'm not even sure I want to keep watching anymore.

Not only did they leave out good ones, they picked three completely unfunny ones.

Of course, when Kathy Griffin's a judge, that's to be expected.

    That Nikki girl is hot.

I prefer Jay Mohr over the "Yes, Dear" guy.

This show is officially a joke (not originally intended as a pun, but I realized it was before I wrote this, so yeah, it's intended).

There were about three comedians last night that blew. The rest were hilarious. The three that blew (including one who used the same unfunny material from the first round) made it to the house.

This show is all about what kind of storyline they can make rather than the actual talent of the comedians. There's no way that preganant lady or that old lady should be there. Bill Dwyer sucks too.

I told my wife I would stop watching if the pregnant lady made it. Who knows if I'll follow through on that.

    The host sucks too. :)

yeah i just caught it on tivo. this show has so much potential, but they keep dropping the ball. its uncanny how often the funny people can't make it on a comedy show (not just this year, but in previous seasons also). garbage

Fox should copy this show, but make it like American Idol. Screw the House concept and all of the "funny shennanigans" that will ensue. Just make the damn show about comedy.

You knew they were going to put a crapload of women in the house. And all the women that made it were incredibly unfunny. To be honest, most women comedians aren't funny to begin with.

Doug Benson and that blonde guy were the funniest last night. And once again, the producers chose to leave them out so more women would be involved.

Seriously, there are 7 women and 5 men that were chosen. Does NBC truly expect us to believe that these were the funniest 12 people they could find?

    Stupid, stupid show.

The only two funny girls were the last two picked. I like the tall skinny one because she lives in San Marcos.

But the old lady, the pregnant lady, the redhead last week and Roz are all terrible. Hell, the girl with the lisp was funnier than most of the people they picked.

Was Doug Benson the last one? The segue dude?

Doug was the segue guy. Funniest one, IMO.

The blonde guy I liked was the one talking about teaching high school history. Those were the only two that made me laugh out loud.

Yeah, he even had Tim Meadows bowled over. I can't believe he didn't make it.

Definitely funnier than most that were picked.

BTW, I agree with you on women comedians.
