Are you kidding me? I got MUCH better than the pilot. I wasn't quite sure what to think after that first episode, but by the end of its run it was one of my (any my wife's) favorite shows... Edit: And dammit, when I saw this thread bumped I got all sorts of excited. I thought that maybe NBC saw the light and was bringing it back, or it got picked up by another network or something...
Watched Episode 2 tonight. GREAT show.... Unfortunatly my DVR missed episode 3 and 4...but got the rest...I guess when the DVDs are released I will have something to look forward to. Just found them online.....I LOVE THIS SHOW ! DD
Yea, I loved it that they kinda knew their time was up and in the final ep, it left me with a satisfying ending. Such a great show. But I'm a sucker for time travely shows...I want it back!
So it was just not renewed, right, someone else could still swoop in and buy the show when the writers strike is over... DD
Damn that sucks, finished watching all the episodes and this show was not just good it was GREAT.... Good acting, good writing, good characters, nice hidden agendas...it had it all. This is the kind of show that needs time to find it's audience....I mean it was almost as good as Firefly and that is saying a lot. DD
Different kind of show, but some really good storylines in the latter half of the show. And the family angst was well played..... DD
I will agree that it was good, but it took a bit of build up to get good. FF was good from the start (excluding Train Job as a pilot) I too hope that someone saves it. I am thinking its unlikely, but one can always dream.
It is just pathetic that networks kill good shows so fast these days. I can understand if they are expensive, but this one was mostly location stuff. DD
