[nbatv]-Summer League: Mavericks vs. Rockets -8pm Thurs

watched the game, didn't see anything special other than the rebouding capabilities of Chuck, and maybe JL3's pull up jumper. Both Novak and JL3 are limited. Novak needs to be open to make the threes and JL3 has no long range. Have to see Novak and Yao and Tracy on court to see how effective he can be. Mavs team has much better athletes.

Chuck has such good coordination. He is always balanced, has his feet set and always in position to rebound, it is a shame he doesn't have a good jumper, it is a pain to watch him try to make a free throw.

In short, no on looks like starter material.

 

for those that missed it, like me,(only saw first 5 mins of it), NBATV is showing a replay of it at 12 I think.

 

Does Hayes purposely have that hitch in his free throw to get some lane violations? That thing is ugly.

Who the hell is the Rocket's shooting coach? Geez.

 

Worst stroke since Anthony Mason, there was a comment like Mason will be proud of that release....

Not rockets coach's fault though.

damn i thought today was thursday, i put it on nbatv and they had some stupid ass wnba game. i was about to get really pissed. i hate losing track of days, thats what happens when ur unemplyed.
