Take the Orlando Tmac Jersey off dude. It's ok.
You can cheer for the Rockets now.

No matter how often you stick up for Tmac, he's not going to be here for the playoffs.

    Live with it.

    No Tmac = Good.

The injured t-mac was hurting us. Any dope could see that. A healthy T-Mac would have been a different story. I'm sure Payton was referring to the T-Mac that was on the court trying to play hurt.

I am speechless. After we lost Yao, our offense lost its anchor last year. After losing TMac, both offensive and defensive flows immediately improved and it's soooo visible.

If you think you're a basketball guru, WATCH SOME ACTUAL GAMES FIRST. Then use proper English.

it's just too much of a reach to believe.. when you consider the susceptibility to pressure, and inclination for surrender by Artest.. taking place of Tracy's ironclad will to win and unflagging determination when times get tough...

    wait....

So basically, last year's 10 wins after Yao went down were mainly due to momentum and will power; after TMac went out this year, our wins are based on actual improvement on the court.

How so? Our offense has stalled plenty of times while Tmac was on the floor. Difference now is we are better defensively without him. The past couple of years Tmac's defense has been absent from his game. We would be better with a healthy motivated Tmac but that has not been the case most of his career.

we're letting our other players shine.
Now Aaron Brooks, Ron, Battier, Wafer, they can show their skills playing team ball.

If the statement "Houston is better without McGrady" was based on the previous two games, it might be reasonable. But for tonight game, it appears to be ridiculus.

After the Portland game, I'm not thinking to myself, "We don't need a player like McGrady anymore."

It was yet another 4th quarter offensive meltdown without a guy who can create effectively from the perimeter. The healthy McGrady from last year would clearly make this team better. But that guy doesn't exist anymore, so I suppose it doesn't matter much.

So what was the games last year when Yao went out... We finished our last 10 or 12 games without him.. Come on man. When a player goes down, the rest of the team steps up, and this year we have Ron Artest. So, its almost like last years team.

True, they should leave it to the experts.

A healthy TMac? I do not know he's healthy or not, but 30/7/8 is good as a healthy TMac can give you right? Another TMac fan said we need that to win this game earlier today in the game thread:
