If you clicked my ppstream link, then just let it load. If you opened ppstream by itself, then sort the left side menu by the 3rd column. That's the number of peers column, and this game is at the top with about 30,000 peers. Doubleclick on that and it should load for you. BTW, the game is coming up soon. I just saw the starting lineups.
To Those who already have PPLIVE available in the computer, you may like to know today's game is also available on PPLIVE. To bad, it is not on CCTV-5, it is on some local sports channels like SDTV-SPORT. If you can read chinese, it should not be a problem for you. Otherwise, you may find the link by this way. 1. Go to the following website: http://www.pplive.com/source.shtml. This website is in chinese. It has all the channel list. The first channel listed is CCTV5. 2. Find the channel "CCTV-5(800k)" channel. The channel below "CCTV-5(800k)" broadcasts the game. Click the "PLAY" button of the channel, you will find PPLIVE try to link the "SDTV-SPORT". Wait and prepare to enjoy the game if you installed REALPLAYER 10.0 or WINDOWS MEDIA PLAYER 9.0. here is what you see in the list CCTV-5(800K) 实况足球:05/06西甲集锦9(插播1) PLAY ***** 89% 山东体育 体育专题 较 量 PLAY ***** 94% good luck. Dang, I must have closed it too early, when I had that station on, it was just some old guy talking about Chinese Soccer... Now I'm having a heck of a time trying to buffer again. Stinks.
ok i got that link vwiggin posted to work. It's buffering very slowly right now but im sure it will get better. I do see hornets uniforms in the still video so its the right channel
I double clicked on the one you said to w/ now 40,000 plus people and the little Mongolian came on screen and I let it download for a while like you said and nothing has happened.
I don't know. Maybe you should try the link that vwiggin posted if you have pplive: synacast://09jN1+TK3K3nn6qbo6iem9uS...KrSlPHyExVUNpo6iVpaKnsNrZ5p3f2eXX5OOmmqaYo+0=
Thanks for the help. I'll just continue to watch it on nba.com via the box score. The sucky thing is I can just imagine my parents sitting at home with full access to FSSW and instead they are just one channel up watching reruns of The O'Rielly Factor.
Watching this one right now, but it's really choppy. It will play smooth for 10-15 seconds and then cut out and get choppy for 30-45 seconds. Is the PPstream channel that m_cable listed perfectly smooth?
It was pretty smooth for me throughout the first quarter. Right now I'm on the pplive link to see what the quality is like, and that is playing smooth for me too. Quality-wise it's about even for me. [shrugs]
I've never had to do any of that stuff. Then again, I don't have XP SP2 installed, so maybe that's the difference.
