hughes deserves that cash fellas. he may not be the pure shooter that michael redd is but he sure as hell brings more than redd does to a team. hughes over the last 3 seasons has solidified himself as one of the most complete guards in the league. he led the league in steals last year plus 6 rebounds and around 5 assists per game. he can help a team in so many ways he is definitely worth the cash. plus, you can now throw him on the other team's best perimeter player and lebron save his energy for offense. that's a GREAT signing to me. as far as reports go. espn reported that this may take awhile because of the new cba coming into effect later this month, but the deal is pretty much done for 5 years and $65-70 million.
