i want the celtics win streak to end, but the lakers aren't getting it done. kobes played all but 3 minutes of the game thus far and now they're down. f

i don't like the lakers, but i ****ing HATE the celtics.

celtics up 19-11 in the 3rd, kobe 2-7 (although he was fouled on one and had to just throw one up to beat the shotclock), celtcis taking over. everything is right on schedule. i can't remember the last time i saw pierce miss an open 3. 20 wins in a row is here.

Interesting you say this. Fisher is a big time flopper yet nobody in the NBA gets a more disgusting look on his face whenever he's called for a foul. Fisher must put himself into an imaginary twilight zone when he's on the court.

who would've thought lamar odom would be the guy to make a couple of 3's to change the momentum?

and it seems like bynum is so slow to rotate and help on defense. he hasn't even been quick enough to take fouls to stop layups and dunks most of the game.

i don't know where the call was but it sure seemed like he double dribbled. you could even hear mike breen in the background saying "did he double dribble?" so maybe that was a weird makeup call. overall, the refs have pretty much just let everyone play. lots of plays both ways i thought should have been fouls but weren't called.

Bynum is way overrated. Where is Gasol? He's invincible.

now tony allen is making plays to keep the celtics in it until the starters return? i've just never seen a team where the role players just always seem to fill in every night at critical points. one or two of them in every game just seems to make plays when they really need it. powe or perkins or house or allen or rondo or somebody just always kills you. that second shot wasn't even a good shot by allen but he took it strong and it happened to fall in.

Man there must be like 100 different colors of hyperdunks out there. 90 percent of the NBA players wear them or at least thats what it seems like. I have a pair of Kobes Hyperdunk (away) myself.

lakers somehow still tied with 3 minutes to go. garnett can't miss a jumper today (unlike the finals) and who knows when pierce will make a big play. just don't see how the lakers are going to pull this out with no one making outside shots on the floor right now.

Rockets are not ready to play at this kind of intensity.

They would have melted by halftime.

Lots of work to be done.
