Alot of them are foreign for sure. But Americans can flop with anybody. Devina Harris, Derek Fisher, Harpring, etc. These refs are dumb as it is, players flopping on exaggerating contact does not help the situation. So anything that helps the refs is fine by me.
What would be better is if they just don't call the flops. If they won't get the calls, there would be no point in flopping.
