    If he did, and the Chinese media got wind of it, it would be all over the papers. In the US people simply laugh it off when public figures are caught committing adultery, but in China it is a big deal, and it would seriously damage Yao's reputation.

    Read Yao's book. He claimed that Moochie didn't have kids because he wasn't married. He was shocked to find out differently. The idea was completely foreign to him.

    the courts do the same
    unless the woman walks into court with a crack pipe and a needle in her arm
    it will be HELL for a man to get custody
    even if he is the better parent
    . . . And he has to the better because Tie goes to the mother

    When it comes to Reproductive Rights. . men have NONE unless the woman gives him some. . and she can then take them back later. . .

    Didnt something like this happen to matt leinert(sp?)? its child support for gods sake. cap that thing off at 4 thousand at month, 48,000 a year. thats is more than enough to raise a kid. heck most ppl dont make that much money a year.

    What I don't understand is why don't these guys just get vasectomies. If I was some young NBA star the first thing I would do after being drafted would be to go bank some of my sperm and then get the tubes tied.
