so you can't play too much D on the perimeter or else you get called for a foul?

 

I still think the notion of division champ is pretty stupid. The way the schedule is set up now, the conference is just one big division.

 

I personally see no point in keeping divisions, as you don't play more games within the division anyway. But since they do exist, the notion of division champs must exist too. Otherwise, you get the possibility of NO team in one division getting to the playoffs, if they're all pathetically weak.
