They all look depressed and look like they have no fire. Nba 2k characters look more assertive and alive. Therefore nba live is dead
I love it when a new game is coming out and they release a bunch of close ups like this, as if that is how the game is played or has anything to do with gameplay. Madden and many other sports genres are the same way.
Graphics are pretty important too. I can't play an NBA game if Harden doesn't look like Harden. That being said. NBA Live has a track record of having the worst animations and gameplay in a basketball game ever. So... we'll see.
Or show a whole bunch of cutscenes or cinematics, knowing it also has NOTHING to do with the actual gameplay. That really Grinds My Gears.
If they don't fix the issues with MyCareer in 2k series for XB1, I might actually consider NBA Live. I hate that there is no free agency, the repetitiveness of the cut scenes in MyCareer and the fact that I have already played almost 6 flu games. Seriously, maybe my guy should look at the flu shot from here on out. Geez.
Live 15 looks dope! Hopefully the gameplay is similar to Live 10. Another thing they gotta work on is the commentary. Mike Breen got a little over excited for a layup at times..
I hope it does, cause 2k14 on next gen was disappointing. Looked great, but was missing core features. Hope 2k isn't getting lazy. They need competition
