Millsap can play SF for 10 minutes a game and 25min at the PF; Horford can play 23 min at the PF and 15 min at C, and Asik can play 33 min at the C

Does it matter? hack is when the ball is 90 feet away from the ring.

That being said, you are really missing the big picture

When does Dwight play best? (hint : it's when he's happy)

Josh Smith is in effect a force multiplier for Dwight's game

Ryan Anderson is a nice player, but he is nowhere in the conversation of a 3rd star.

Josh Smith may not be a max player, but he is much closer to a 3rd star than Ryan Anderson. The gap is not even close. And we are just talking offensively, because defensively there is no conversation whatsoever.

Rockets did not lack scoring last season so do not need another scorer as much as they need better defenders. Smith is the perimeter shut down defender that the Rockets lack. He is versatile enough to guard/play 3 positions.

If we're talking "just" offensively, then what the hell are you talking about? Anderson >>>> Smith in every facet except driving the lane. Anderson is the best fit at the stretch 4 for this team because of his ability to help spread the floor with his shooting abilities. The last thing you want is a PF who can't shoot outside of 12-15 feet. That is, essentially, what you're getting with Smith who's major weakness is shooting. Now defensively, it's a whole different matter, as Smith is the supreme defender. Still yet, give me Anderson all day.

Asked this on twitter; would you rather have Anderson + Corey Brewer or just Josh Smith?

Reminds me of when the Texans chose Joseph + Manning over Nnamdi.

That's an easy one. I think you answered your own question with your analogy.

he is not an ESPN puppet. He is a Kobe Puppet. Of all the athletes I have ever witnessed Kobe gets more good press and gets way with more **** than any other player. Broussard was just making up **** toward the end. The only gray area is the gray matter missing between his ears.

well offense makes up only half the game. Overall, he makes his team significantly better when he plays. Sometimes you gotta take the bad with the good to get somewhere.
