Thanks, I'm glad a cookie will hold all that info for you. But, I don't get what page to go to in order to "create my account." The only thing the nba broadband page asks for is my nba.com id and password (which I have). Am I on the wrong page?

Click the link to Visit the Fan Center to sign-up, next to "Not a member?"

All of my info is already in this, I've been signed up forever actually, probably since the late 90s and I've updated this info as things have changed, addresses, etc. It's called the Fan Center, at the bottom you can select your fav team and player, etc. No where do I see anything about "service providers" or "verifications" of any kind...

    Now what?

I am still not able to access/ verify my League Pass acount. First time subscriber so this logging into the website for games is new to me, hopefully I am just missing a step!!!!

Here is the scoop: I have Time Warner Houston (called them again today to confirm by account # and when I tried to do the final log-in for the Nets game for example the screen says "Account Not Active".

And of course when I call Time Warner they have no clue that the broadband feature is a free complementary service this year so they say we can't help you. Any ideas?

Whoops sorry I didn't read your one of your previous posts carefully, but I think it's still several hours too early now. By the time the 1st scheduled game is on, I guess a window/page will be popped up for you to enter all your LP subscription info when you click the link to a game.

    Says on FAQ:

That's OK, but after reading this post a page ago, something tells me that you can at least "log into" the broadband LP by now although there is currently nothing to view. I've since sent NBA.com online support a message about this, hopefully this can be resolved soon, maybe its a problem with my browser, firewall, etc. Who knows...

Any other Clutchfans Time Warner Cable Houston area folks having trouble verifying or accessing the broadband program from the list of games available for tonight???

I have my confirmed TWC 16-digit account # and it says account not active (FYI ->my NBA League Pass on the TV has been working since last week).

Are you at least be able to watch some sample videos that're available on the NBA broadband page now? I have no problem viewing them ...

Absolutely, I've been hooked on the fantasy section, so viewing is no problem its accessing this mysterious "verification" page a few people have claimed to see. Looks like some of the Time Warner Houston people have gotten that far, but then their account # is denied. I'd just like a crack at entering mine in the first place!!!

Yallmean seems to be the only member so far to actually: 1. Access the "verification" page and 2. Get his account verified. He says that you get the same player window as always but nothing is currently showing since its a little early yet...

    NBA.com faq says:

Ok, I select the game and I get a popup window that says this:

I have nowhere to enter my account number...nothing, though I have been a subscriber for several years and already had an NBA.com account.....

Maybe I should get a new account?

I would imagine NBA.com couldnt verify your account because your provider hasnt updated the information in the system interfacing with NBA.com. You know the porioty for them is to get you the signal in your TV. Who knows how NBA.com actually interface with your provider.
Your best bet is probably just fax your bill to NBA.com and let it set up for you directly.

I understand that you can split TV and PC. How about 2 people using the PC service? IS that possible?

I can paypal $45 if somebody is interested, but not the $90. If I pay the $90, I might as well get the whle thing for $169. My email is jumac33@yahoo.com

Someone mentioned the cookie. Seems creating the account one more time will solve this problem. Also make sure allow all cookies and security software not blocking them

Anyone getting League pass and want to sell the broadband acess part?

I live in NY and can only watch using broadband. As long as I can watch all the Rocket games on computer, I am willing to purchase the broadband access off of you.
