    Not yet. You'll probably have to fax them your bill like I did. They're supposed to reply with an email which has a direct link to the feed. I just hope they act fast on it.

    If you have Time Warner, guess you pretty much have to fax them your bill for verification

    ok it said that tonight bucks bulls game was to be shown in HD but I cant seem to get the HD stream. Anyone know? I have dish network and I did purchase LP. I checked both channel 402 and 560 since the game was supposed to be one NBA TV. I also checked the so called NBA HD channel but that has nothing on it.


    anyone else have this problem?

    Has any Time Warner user been able to log on using broadband?
    This is possibly the worst IT operation i have seen. And NO customer service whatsoever..

    I am on the road and tried to watch the Rockets game today. It was slow at first and now couldn't connect at all. This sucks.

    LOL ... so I am not alone. For a while, I thought NBA mistakenly classified my viewing area as Grizzlies' home base and blacked-out on me.

    They responded to my email last night that I sent 2 days ago. Besides saying to enter the account number exactly how it appears on the bill, it goes on with the same cookie-cutter type stuff like what is written in their FAQ section. About faxing/mailing the bill to them for verification, etc...The charges first will show up on next month's invoice so I guess I have to wait until then :mad:

    never came back on. The archive is showing Griz vs Knicks. I wonder what went wrong. Is there supposed to be a person monitor this kind of thing to hit the right button, anybody on the street can do. :mad:

    Oh, well, this thing is supposed to be a throw-in with LP , so it was never promised to be reliable. Shouldnt complain too much. Live and learn.

    I could not get their fax machine to answer, so I sent it by mail last week, got my approval and it works great.

    Now, I feel stupid for spending $250 on a Hava....

    I have Time Warner and I haven't been able to log in. It seems like Time Warner is a separate problem. I faxed my bill to them 3 days ago and I also sent them 2 emails. Haven't heard back. Terrible service :mad:

    I logged on to league pass broadband with a directv account and my Mavs game was blacked out even though the account has an texas panhandle address. I was logging in up near Lake Texoma (70 miles north of Dallas). Does anybody know if they go by isp to black you out? If I was in Ohio would I still be blacked out? Confused to which criteria they use to black you out. Any help is appreciated.

    It is FAR superior to SopCast or StreamTVnow.....

    It is pretty darned watchable.

    also is there anyway to get it in realplayer or better quality? its quite blurry in fullscreen because they are using WMV8 codec??? why dont they use wmv9 codec or is the quality worse on the last days games and its better quality for live games? let me know
