Chicago team would be good. I always thought they were the top bball city in terms of homegrown talent. Washington's stacked too (all though it's a bit skewed because they're including Baltimore). SoCal has some talent too. Atlanta be pretty good. A lot of point guards on that charlotte team- I wonder if that's coincidence or if there's something about that area that nutures point guards.
