    widen the court first. I hate seeing players step out of bounds when they try to take a corner 3. There is no reason for that obstacle to be there.

    I believe it would be interesting to introduce it in the D-league and then let RGV (+Morey) figure out the ideal shot distribution with the addition of a 4-point line. Troy Daniels = GOAT?

    If he shot 30% on 4-pointers (that sounds funny, and LOFs would finally see their favorite's GPA climb up....oh, crap!), that would be an EPV of 1.2 > best offense in the league.

    It would be the absolute end to post play. Skilled big men with limited defensive abilities like Zach Randolph and Al Jefferson would be out of the nba almost immediately.

    If anything, I'd like to see the 3 point line extended. This would both make true sharpshooters more important and give talented post players more space to operate. As is, there are too many low skill athletes dominating the game.
