THIS shows San Antonio's problem..even when Ginobli was playing they struggled because he was starting....he needed to come off the bench to give the second unit a boost...but when he is starting their second unit is bad....

There starters are good which is why they would get off to a good start, but
with no bench they can't sustain the lead

The last one. He couldn't get up high enough and blocked his own dunk on the rim.

Exactly. The Spurs just don't have enough to be scary unless TD dominates, which he just can't do right now. TP is also off his game for some reason. He should be eating Blake for breakfast every time down the floor but several times in the 3rd quarter he failed to score even when Blake got no help.

Wow Timmy with only 4 points!

I wonder how he will shape up in the playoffs?

I don't watch many NBA games that don't involve the Rockets.

But with the potential to be tied with the Spurs for our division, I can't pass this one up. (plus the Astros are getting dominated)

Even though the Spurs earned the right to be in the playoffs based on record, they are basically a lottery team at this point.

i'll take a phoenix win more than a denver loss tonight... though both would be twice as nice. :D

way to go blazers pulling one out.... and now we must root for our i45 rivals.

I would prefer to not pass Denver and keep the three spot, unless the Jazz fall to 8th.

Now, it's a 3-way tie. Who does take the lead, rockets?

Good to see Timmy and Tony lose on their home floor.

nba.com still shows us at 4.

Pop held out Duncan in 4th quarter. Did you hear what Pop said by the sideline?

Anyway, that's good for the Rockets.

If the Mavs win, they'll be tied and Utah will still be 7th because they hold the tiebreaker.

Pretty much if Duncan stays like this. They will almost be what the Wizards were a couple years ago when their big 3 were all injured in their playoff series.
