Whoever came up with that Vucevic trade needs to be fired. For real though, a scoring big that does not draw fouls or rebound well is not someone you throw first round picks at. The Bulls sent 2 or maybe 3 of them to Orlando for him and his huge contract.
The bucks better hope they don’t get the heat in the first round. Best case for them is the heat moving into the 4/5 spot
the refs are flat out helping the warriors AGAIN kaminsky didnt even touch poole on that drive. my god.. that replay was damning. kaminsky hit all AIR, completely whiffed. what was the ref looking at there
why is curry acting like he won the game when draymond had a triple double and wiggins( the alleged scrub) had 40.
yea i whine a lot, because i hate how corrupted this league is and i want real change from the refs who swallow their whistles in the playoffs on CERTAIN players, to the media being biased when it comes to voting on nba awards that define and affect legacies. Yea i whine a lot and im proud of it but back to my point, this warriors roster is way too talented to be only 4 games above .500. If they played more like they did when mark jackson had curry as the main ball handler they may win more games. Kerr's offense is designed to inflate currys stats and make great player like klay and draymond look worse than they are. The only problem is in order to win with this offense, you need elite 3 and d wings to hide curry on defense Im also sure you are well aware that Steph Curry finally joined the top 10 on bbref nba mvp tracker for the first time all season yesterday( will probably be undeservedly be voted 2nd behind jokic in mvp, although should not even be top 5 to me), mostly due to harden being out but whatever i'll give him that. Will be intresting to see after this stinker he had tonight if he is still in the top 10 on bbref mvp tracker. I know you are very intrested in guys like ben taylor who overvalue off-ball movement to push a narrative because that said player is not better than his peers in another area
because they are running steve kerrs crap motion offense with only one guy being able to run it lol. steve kerr is stubborn, if they ran mark jacksons offense this team would not only have more wins but they wouldnt need to let curry score all these points just to barely beat/lose to garbage teams. Let wiggins attack one on one, and stop critisizing isolation play. running pick and roll is the best offense to run with curry as the main ballhandler, draymond can still be effective without the ball because he plays elite defense this teams talent is underused because of steve kerr. Kevin Looney, wiseman are guy that can shoot and rim run a bit, but they are only used for screens and the ocassional offensive board
It's possible you may be right for this roster, only because we can't restart the season to test your theory. However, Kerr did achieve a 73 win season with this system not long ago, therefore it had built up a lot of credibility. Kerr also openly declared that they may lose more games early in the season by playing rookie Wiseman, so he can develop to help the team next season when they assume to be at full strength and try to contend.
I guess that's the one single game that they won this year without Curry. And yeah, it was against Memphis of all teams, so it matters. It probably will have seeding implications, as they are fighting each other for the 8th spot. But this thread is about yesterday's games. Last night Wiggins got 38, mainly because Phoenix was guarding Curry with 3 and 4 players and daring somebody else to beat them, which they did.
