When I stopped watching what seemed like a long time ago, Cavs were up by about 20. I just read your posted and saw Hardaway hit the 2 FTs to ice them game. Hawks looked totally dead. Wished I had seen it.
Even more honestly, it's too bad the Rockets are on NBA TV now and they won't be able to show the post-game interviews live. How did it happen? The Hawks took over or the Cavs stopped defending?
Correct. I'd love for that franchise to be f'd over for years by missing out on a Top 3 pick(and lose their pick in 2019). BTW, I'm still picking my jaw up off the floor after I just saw that Atlanta beat Cleveland in OT. I checked the score in the 4th quarter an hour ago and saw that the Cavs were up something like 105-89 and assumed it was over. The Rockets can now clinch the 3rd best record if they beat the Kings tonight.
If they call an offensive foul near the restricted area they can review to see if the guy was in the restricted area and vice versa. They can also review fouls that weren't called initially (if a player is hurt or demonstrative) and take points off the board and access technicals and flagrants. Rockets have benefited from this call. I think it's crazy to retroactively charge flagrant/technical fouls after a made bucket.
You mean to tell me: Cavs had a 5 pt lead with 10 seconds left. Atlanta comes out of a timeout and refs call foul on Lebron on a 3 pt attempt by Millsap. Then Cavs couldn't inbounds the ball safely to secure the win....and in transition as time expires Millsap drains a 15'er for the tie. dayum
Not watching. Have to stay away from my triggers. I guess it's the Rockets game and 60 Minutes for me.
It already happened. Hawks scored 44 in the 4th vs. Cleveland; 40 in the 4th vs. Houston Rockets led 94-75 with 9 minutes to play Cavs led 93-67 at the start of the 4th (93-76 with 9 minutes to play) Cavs lost 126-125 in OT Rockets lost 113-108.
