Looks like MIL v CLE is the only game where both teams have an incentive to win. If MIL loses, BOS holds the tiebreaker against them for who gets 2nd seed. And even then, MIL might want to lose to fall to 3rd seed to avoid Nets likely getting 7th seed in play-in win.
The Bucks probably want to lose and drop to number 3. The 2nd seed has a good chance of facing the Nets in the first round.
