I don't care if your opponent is the 96 Bulls, if you're 9 points up with a minute and a half left and you lose, it says nothing about the team that comes back, that's entirely on your own choking.
Imagine if we kept switching bev on dirk and we stuck with it what everyone here would have said of mchale....
They looked absolutely spent also if our guys aren't fired up for tomorrow, they can sit their ass on the bench
Yep. I forget their record for the whole season against West playoff teams, but I mentioned in another thread that they finished the season going 2-15 against the West contenders. People here don't want to acknowledged that, though.
Folks dont realize Portland's been playing bad for a while now. Don't know what it is, but I wont be surprised if they fiinsh the 7th or 8th seed I am confident in the game tomorrow and even a loss wont hurt us bad
If Rockets win tomorrow and Grizzlies lose to Hawks, Houston is 1 GB of the 2 seed and 2 1/2 games ahead of the 4th seed!
Really glad POR game went to OT. Hopefully we'll run them out of the gym. POR on a back-to-back OT game is going to be one of the most gimmie games well have in the next couple weeks.
Yep. People overrate those 5 minutes. Same thing happens when a team gets a blowout win on the first night of a back to back. People act like starters playing 33 minutes instead of 38 minutes means they're going to be exponentially more rested. Second night of a back to back is tough. Stats show that. An extra five minutes either way in PT is negligible, though.
