To be successful and maybe end up as a solid rotation player, T-Rob has to play with reckless abandon, leave it all on the floor every play, focus on grabbing every single rebound, run the floor and score on putbacks and fast breaks. He has to give up the notion (at least for now) of being an offensive force. He can build a long career on rebounding and hustle.
