    Dirk goes 4-for-17 and Monta Ellis 1-for-11. They needed that shooting night from Parsons just to be competitive.

    Dirk's game is pretty ugly, very close to Kobe but without any kind of movement.

    He is not a decent passer like Kobe and his shoot selection could be even worse.

    In term of offense, yes.

    The way they played, they can beat out most of the Eastern teams without issues.

    While their defense is bad, if you have consistent offense, you can beat the bad teams night in and night out and that will get you into the playoff easily.

    That's why it's called a season, and not 3-4 games. Things balance out.

    Dirk has been more than good so far this season. Their emphasis is for him to rest more during the season.

    anyone catch the Knicks Pelicans game? Asik played pretty damn good. 13 and 15.
    Another loss for NY... perimeter d was awful but I liked Melo's defense on Davis.

    Well just making the playoffs means you're a good team. I mean Elite as in Top 8 teams or so.

    They have a tough week this week, they could be close with those other teams (Suns,Kings,NOP) and could be in that bottom scrum if they are going to continue to drop these games against the best teams.
