    Different time line. Dirk has aged much better.

    Garnett in his Prime was athletically and skillwise a freak of nature.
    Dirk was about the same just younger, inexperienced, hops was slightly better.

    Of course folks are giving it to Nowitzki because of his championship as the first banana and longevity.
