Giannis actually has progress with his shot. It’s come quite a way year after year. People need to quit with the assumption players like Simmons will be able to shoot. He’s never showed it period to this point

Giannis couldn't shoot because he never needed it, his jumper doesn't look "broken" If you pay close attention to simmons' shot you see that his jumper is a broken mess. His motion looks almost MKG like
he seems totally comfortable just dropping his typical 16, 8, and 7 and never even trying to take a jump shot...literally still the exact same player he was his rookie year...only thing that’s changed is he has more experience
I didn't watch the game, but how did Simmons look? A lot of people saying he looked horrible, but that stat line looks pretty good all-around.
I want nothing to do with the Sixers package unless they are sending Simmons elsewhere. I was never on board the Simmons train any way.
I think it would require more practice but he could be more of a Harden esque primary in a different system. I mean Marcus Smart is leading the Celtics in assists tonight. Despite the fact he’s a bad scorer (3 points) and not exactly an awesome passer. Celtics just roll with a nice everybody kind of touches it at times offense. but Jaylen been on fire since the 2nd quarter. I’d absolutely take a Boston deal. As such hoping Boston loses.
Offense looked awful with him out there. Philly mostly scored with simmons on the bench. It did look better towards the end of the game where they used Simmons off-ball cutting to the rim.
Horrible. Dude is a role player being paid max and if he’s the face of your franchise it would be a nightmare

disappeared for large stretches of game and got random, occasional buckets at the rim to get to his usual 16 points Sixers looked like buns and then they went on a run with him off the floor and Embiid dominating
