I question the call also but I still can't rule out Melo was being dirty after viewing replays. Seemed like OKC players were going out of their way to take shots at Nurkic, who is VERY annoying to opponents. He was also torching them. If Melo did the exact same thing to Clint, probably 75% here would say it was dirty and want an ejection.
Well, it wasn't pretty, but we pulled it off. I also hate OKC and watching Westbrook choke those 3 free throws was amazeballs. Nurkic is starting to turn around. He started the season a bit slow. I Think he was just trying to do too much. The pick and roll with him and Dame was automatic tonight. Dame toyed with Adams and made him look bad, when he is a pretty damned good player. I saw Harden go big tonight too. He's on both of my fantasy teams, so I'm happy.
Will Lonzo ever have a good shooting night? These 3-13 shooting nights easy to ignore in a vacuum, especially with a pretty accompanying statline, but it seems like they've happened every game this season. Still early, but he's barely shooting 30%
He only played 1 season here in Portland, but he went down in flames made of Voodoo Donuts. First of all, we traded fan favorite Andre Miller abs change for Felton and change. He came into camp way out of shape. Felton has always been THICC, but he was a fat piece of **** in Portland. Couldn't run, turned the ball over, and shot in the mid .300's. And he was spotted at Voodoo donuts before home games getting boxes of donuts. Just a disaster. He gets booed here in Portland more than pretty much any other player.
Actually, I agree with the ref. There is no intend to score a lay-up at all, he was going after him. Let alone intentional double pump to the face, look at his position to "score a lay-up". Like the basket is behind Nurkic - he is turned 90 degrees from the basket, although could've layed that thing easily from the left side. Edited.
