So how long are we going to keep saying "He'll get it figured out. He'll get back to MVP form" for D-Rose? He talked all this talk about being a better player than before, more athletic, etc. but he looks completely average.

Rose waited too long to return. You cannot "train" yourself back into mid-season long after a prolonged absent. Wondering how's Rondo going to look when he returns. Westbrook doesn't seems to have any problem. He had a different type of injury though.

Entirely Rose's fault. Dude should have let his play do all the talking, rather than pump himself up to being a better a player than he was pre-injury, which was highly unlikely. He'll be better though. I'll give him till the All-Star break. But you can see he plays with fear. Now with WB, he plays with the same aggression and power he always does.
Imagine if the Grizzlies had drafted Harden with the 2nd pick and kept Hollins. A team of Conley, Harden, Prince, Randolph and Gasol with Hollins as the coach would be a beautiful team.
It would be more similar if RG3 sat out an entire season like Rose. Different injury with WB and he didn't miss an entire season. But his off-season workouts were replaced with rehab. He's far ahead of Rose at this point.
