I don't think it is the new rule. It's just one of those nights a shooter turned on his god mode and made every shot he put up. Heck, Corey Brewer scored 50 points in a game.
To be fair, he put up similar numbers prior to the rule. The thing is if his shooting was even more consistent, the Rox would have never won 3 games.
It's not just one night, it seems almost every score is up there crazy high. It's an arcade game out there. Klays outbursts are legit though. Sure, he gets fed the ball for spot ups, but i'm sure any teammates would be willing to do it for whoever could catch on fire like Klay does from such shots but no one else does. Currys wild games are also legit. It's just the overall quality of the league is bad when you have scrubs and scrub teams losing in the 120-140's every night. Were going to see so many horribly inflated career high season stats for a bunch of average to slightly above average players.
