About pluckin' time. I do not understand folks like grapenutz and what. They are not a fan of the Rockets. They make an account on a Rockets forum. They dont bring anything to the forum. And yet they seem to live here. I mean, how pathetic does your life have to be to post regularly on a forum of a team you are not even a fan of or like?? Do the Thunder and the Grizzlies not have a decent fan site???
I think there is a fine line. If you are here for good discussion about the NBA and your team with Rockets fans, that is acceptable. If you are strictly here to troll, then that's another issue. Some Rox fans did the same on SpursTalk, LakersGround..... I don't advocate for that. Some guys are friendly, some are not as friendly.
I actually don't mind him. Sometimes we need a reality check and other team's fan opinion on how they see us, we might not agree. Anyways, lets run an orphanage an adopt those fans. This site is neat and clean compared to Lakersground so I don't blame them on why they join here, high traffic and boobs thread, what else can you ask?
I understand what you're getting at but no he's a straight up self-admitted troll who stated he's only here to hurl insults at the team and clown Rockets fans non-stop. At least 'what' takes part in actual basketball discussion at times.
There have been fans of other teams here for years and hopefully that doesn't change. If they want to constructively discuss the NBA, I welcome them. But when their primary point of posting is to provoke Rockets fans, pee pee on the Rockets and hijack threads, they should get lost. Other teams fans bring a different viewpoint from us Rockets fans and I'm willing to listen. Nuggets4, who hasn't posted in years, would start a Denver Nuggets thread at the beginning of every season and I enjoyed discussions with him. But a kid like Grapenuts, who never says anything useful, makes up stuff and contradicts himself, is worthless. IMO, if your main contribution here is to be an irritant (regardless of how many silly smiley faces you use), mods should apply the medicine. I don't blame fans of other teams from coming here because most other basketball forums are either too busy or complete trash. There is no other basketball forum on the internet as good as the NBA Dish.
