One more OKC comment: Coach Bonehead is getting a lot of love on the internet for benching Perkins, who was -13 during 5 mins in a 17-point win. It's too bad the stubborn fool didn't see the obvious 2 years ago in the Finals. Not saying the result would have been different but the series would have been more interesting. Perk gets slammed a lot but he can't help having a slow-witted coach who plays him way too much.
How are OKC this good without Westbrook. They are pretty much unstoppable when they get him back. Finals favorites.
happy for you mean. Clippers are a force to be reckoned with. I would say that about the Grizz too but what is such a troll.
Love it. The entire Basketball world has been talking about how OKC should be small, use Collison more etc. Brooks finally does it once and gets credit for his coaching job.
Teams go on hot streaks all the time, esp. when a player like Durant goes on a HISTORIC hot streak. Clips won 19 straight last year. Miami won 27 straight. Warriors won double digits earlier this year. OKC will cool down.
While Durant is having an MVP season, the player picked before him in the draft got another DNP - CD tonight. What could have it been for Portland. Imagine Durant on the Blazers now.
They needed a solid center at that time, and they already had Brandon Roy who was playing all star ball.
Go easy on the Blazers. So they drafted an injury prone big man instead of one of the all-time great scorers in NBA history. I'm sure that's a mistake they'll only make once....errrr, never mind.
The Heat are prepping Oden for the playoffs. Pat Riley is very sly. They have a plan for everything. Oden is simply training for Hibbert in the Playoffs. Nothing more, nothing less. Riley and the Heat aren't concerned about what Oden does in the reg season. LeBron can stop Paul George at will. The only player on the Pacers they worry about is Hibbert. Looks like there is some worry now about Durant because LeBron can't stop him if he's hitting those contested 3's but I still think Miami is prepping for the Spurs once they get past Indiana. LeBron will do to Paul George what he did to Rose. It will be ugly.
