Kings 2002. Same thing. Pacers better reg season, lots of depth, Heat look done but Heat will be in the Finals for sure. Only question is whether there will be shady officiating to help them get there.

For sure? I don't know about that.

I'm not saying the Pacers will make it, I'm just saying I like their chances better than Miami's right now.

Wouldn't be surprised at all if Lebron makes me eat some serious crow, however.

This is a good loss for the Heat because it could light a fire under them.

Question: What has happened to Michael Beasley in recent weeks?

Lamb seems to be a good rotation player for OKC. He's no Harden but I am glad to see him find a spot there.

The Heat have had plenty of 'light a fire under them' losses this season... believe me, I've tried that line of reasoning with myself too many times already

Not sure about Beasley... seems like he still doesn't have Spo's trust, probably due to still having some bonehead moments on D.

Clearly Harden and Westbrook have been holding Durant back. The same thing is happening to Jeremy Lin.

Sigh. Not this again. For the past 2 years people have said the pacers/celtics/bulls whatever were going to beat the Heat in the playoffs and it hasn't happened.

The heat are just as strong or even stronger than they ever were. They added some size, have been resting wade for the playoffs.

    Talk to me in May.

Well, while I'd still put money on the Heat than Pacers, this Heat team has the weakest defense to date.

Rick fox you damn turd. Did you really just say that and did those other guys seriously jerk you off over that?

Damn so many Dwight haters. Dwight is an easy lock for a reserve...AND SHOULD BE.

Good night so far. Rockets win, Mavs lose, Spurs lose, Nuggets lose. I don't think the Grizzlies or Clippers are going to lose though.

Their lineup lacks consistency. Believe it or not, Wade's issue is hurting the Heat moreso than led on. And Shane has been a non-factor this season. As a result, their defense has been mediocre at most this season. Good thing is the Heat still have 3 months to figure out their defense.

Their offense is fine. They can score with anyone. But they need that defensive chemistry to be in the hunt in June.
