thunder with one of the best shooting games on tough shots from distance i've just about ever seen. the heat aren't even playing bad D and you've got fisher banking in two 3's, lamb and durant draining contested 3's (all 3 of durant's 3's have been with lebron right on him), ibaka making off-balance jumpers. man what a shooting game they've had. throw in something like 9 or 10 unforced turnovers for the heat and this is what happens. durant vs james was pretty fun at the end of the 3rd.
the heat have missed 13 straight 3's and the thunder have made 12 of their last 16. that's how you turn it around 39 points. also, durant is having one of the greatest seasons ever and might actually be the best player in the game now.
Durant was forced to become the player he is this season with Westbrook's injuries. It's taken him to the next level. What an amazing player.
All that's left for the Heat to do is get something going in the right direction just so they can feel better about tonight. I bet Spoelstra keeps the main guys in very late. KD has to rest at some point and the Heat will go on some kind of run to make the score more respectable. KD is on another planet.
I'm not buying the Heat are just "coasting". Maybe they are a tad, at most, but the Pacers are easily the favorite to win the East. Easily.
