Harden playing like a 6'5" Rondo is not the formula that's gonna make the Nets run at their peak.

It's hilarious how people want him to be more selfish now tho, but he has too.

Personally not that surprised. The extent of his passiveness maybe, but I've written multiple time that harden would have major adjustment playing with kyrie just before and after the trade.

Moving to a new team is itself a huge adjustment. Harden is doing so not as the new leader, new alpha but as one of three stars.

His role has changed dramatically. As well as the system. Harden isn't getting the ball half of every possession. He isn't the first and second option of every play. Hes adjusting to being the 1st option sometime, 2nd sometimes and 3rd or even 4th sometimes.

In other words, he's playing on a team where he is one part of the offense and not the entire offense as he has been the last 4 years.

I expect his aggressiveness to improve once he plays more with irving Durant... But don't expect him to be the leading scorer for the Nets or close to it, barring injuries.

Harden open drive to the lane, and throws it back to Jordan.

    way too passive form harden.

Probably trying to freeze out Kyrie by freeing kyrie to do whatever and having the team be inferior as a result than the non kyrie version

Not that surprising. He don't want to be seen as a ball hog and just wants to win. Told y'all he went back to OKC mode. He's fine just picking his spots. He probably doing what he should have done here.... Oh well!!! Lol

Its clear that Harden is trying to force the Nets to part away with Kyrie, he just did not expect Kyrie will play and shot better than him since return to the court.

Dragic is so good... Really sucks that he was injured during last year's finals.

Good to see him balling yet again. He's having another really good season this far and will be a free agent next year.

Regardless of the harden/kyrie fit question... The nets offense is going to be elite. The problem will be defense and rebounding.

Reports are they are going after javalle... Not sure how much he will help tho.

Adebayo passing out of the double team to an open Dragic 3 is why the post is still a viable way to create good shots.

Sorry but im not buying this. This is way way WAY too passive. To where even his own coach has said he wants Harden to score more. This is unuusal. If he's not the leading scorer or isnt initiating the offense, the Nets will lose.

That's a weird requirement... Especially when the nets had an elite offense and have won games prior to and after the harden trade without requiring Harden being "the man".
