NBA Free Agents 2002: Prospects For The Rockets

    That's pretty optimistic. We'd have to gain something like 5 games on Washington, Toronto, and Phoenix to pick 11th. Washington will recover with MJ's return. Toronto and Phoenix are not as bad as they are currently playing. I think our only lotto competition is Cleveland, New York and Atlanta and, unfortunately, we are a better team than those. We'll end up around 8th, I'd think.

    I wouldn't mind the Rockets taking a shot at Keon Clark, but it would be a long shot at best since he's a restricted FA

    Yeah, I was being a little sarcastic. I think we will be right back at pick 9. I have a gut feeling, the Rockets are going to win about 60-70% of the remaining games. Just enough, to destory any hopes of a good draft pick (unless they get lucky and win the balls).

    I say is about a 20% chance that Toronoto makes the playoffs. It will be very interesting to see if Rudy takes those 2nd rounders.
