The Heat matchup better with the Spurs than they do with Indiana. The key for SA is Tony Parker. RWB wreaked havoc last year for OKC again the Heat in the Finals so Chalmers, Cole, and even LBJ will have their work cut out for them against TP. If Miami can contain Parker, they will win. If they bring the same kind of defensive intensity they showed in game 7 against the Pacers, they'll win.

Bosh should fare better against the Spurs and it looks like D-Wade was showing signs of life too. I actually think the long layoff was unfortunate for San Antonio, because they were playing their best ball of the season while Miami will still be in their normal routine. I also think this will be a long, entertaining series with both teams winning on the other's home court once with Miami taking it in 7, but then again, what do I know, I thought the Pacers would cover the spread last night against the Heat.

Not sure if im going to watch even one game this year. I hate the flopping strategy that both teams employ. These two teams ard gonna spend more time on their back than a two dollar hooker at the nba all star game.

Leonard's D and Splitter's size are also very important. Hey, the old and banged up Spurs get to rest and the Heat's big three were pretty tired with Wade banged up. I wouldn't call it unfortunate. Especially if it's a long series, rest is good.

Doesn't historu favor the team that had gotten more rest vs. the team wjo just played 7 brutal games?

I think yall are exagerrating the 'rust' issue. It was prob a godsend to an aging team like the Spurs.

He was hustling his butt of last game. He just doesn't have that explosion he used to.

    + F1.

I cannot stand either team, and there's no way the Spurs win this. Im surprised so many picked them. As a Rockets fan, I'll never root for SA. As a Big 3 hater, will refuse to watch Miami.

Will the Spurs be intimidated by the sheer badassery of the sight of Canadian eunichs in leather, chains, lip gloss, pluck brows, and all tatted up?

This may scare Tim Duncan. It scares me!

If Tony Parker plays like he did against Memphis it's gonna be tough for the Heat. Also not a fan of the Heat's halfcourt execution lately.

The Spurs have a better coach, and a much better offense.

Lebron will have to be Jordan for the Heat to pull this one out. Duncan is better than Hibbert, and Splitter is no slouch either.

I dont see how Pop will lose to a Heat team that is now more dependent on Lebron than ever.

    Wade is the xfactor.

LeBron will pull out his post up game that Dream taught him like he did against the Pacers.
Spurs will have flashbacks of Dream shakes in San Antonio.

Why doesn't Lebron try posting up more. He did it one game and stopped.

Are you kidding me? What do the Spurs have to combat Da Birdman. He's only having the greatest shooting % ever in a playoffs. Wade? Birdman will fill the void.

Weak attempt at trolling I know.

That's a pretty big if though, and against a tougher defensive assignment in Ginobili.

Yeah, but that was the year before when they had the 4th best defense in the league, and when Wade and Battier were a year younger and a step quicker. This year, their defense dropped to 9th.

Beside, the Spurs offense might not be as potent as OKC's, but they are smarter and more poise.
